Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Relation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects who can benefit from Epiction’s services and working to convert them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential prospects that align with Epiction’s service offerings

Initiate contact with leads via email, phone, or social media

Effectively communicate the value of Epiction’s services to potential clients

Understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly

Maintain a pipeline of active prospects and follow up regularly

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies

Maintain records of interactions and track conversion metrics
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer relations, sales, or lead generation preferred

Ability to understand and explain technical services or solutions

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and conversion

Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms is a plus
